SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing & Shipping Schedule
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday excluding holidays.
Occasionally we ship out orders over the weekend.
Please allow 7 to 10 business days for us to confirm, package, and dispatch your order.
Shipping Responsibility
Once your order is handed over to the carrier we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
Any issues regarding shipping delays or lost packages should be handled directly with the carrier.
Address Accuracy & Order Cancellations
It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct shipping address and select the correct item at checkout.
All sales are final, and we cannot modify orders once placed, our inventory is limited, restocks are not guaranteed, and sold out items will not be available again.
Failure to provide the correct address will result in an order cancellation with no refunds.
